Health Assessments ​are required for students NEW to NC Schools. ​
All 7th and 12th ​graders must have the immunizations below. 
Granville Academy important health reminder. Health assessments are required for students who are new to North Carolina schools. Seventh-grade students are required to have Tdap and Meningococcal Conjugate Vaccine (MCV). Twelfth-grade students need a second dose of MCV if their first dose was given before age 16. All applicable health assessments and immunization documentation must be submitted by Wednesday, September 9, 2026, to avoid exclusion from school.
